Managing Director

Debbie brings a wealth of life experience in many varied employment fields as an employee, employer and business owner. She has a solid background in Human Resources, Marketing, Psychology, Philosophy and as a Business Administration/Computing tutor at Tertiary level.

Debbie joined Icon Group in 2007 as the Staff Vetting Division Manager before becoming Director of Icon Staff Vetting Services Limited in 2010.

Debbie’s philosophy is to ensure that all screening is completed by applying the highest levels of personal integrity, honesty and diplomacy.  She enjoys working collaboratively with clients and has their best interests at heart throughout the screening process.

We are dedicated to helping you protect your business and have assisted our clients with employee selection by arming them with independent and thorough information since 1999.

We do not give recommendations on suitability for employment; we provide you with objective and fact-based evidence of any adverse history of concern. 

Up to 25% of our client's applicants have adverse results with either reference, credit and/or criminal checks.
